About the Role: Positive Outcome Recruitment is working with several highly reputable Live-in Care Providers across the UK, and we are looking to place compassionate, professional, and dedicated Live in Care Assistants. As a Live-in Carer, you will provide personal care and assistance to individuals in the comfort of their own homes, promoting independence and well-being for elderly or vulnerable clients. You will live within their home providing valuable support 24 hours a day.
Duties include:
- Assisting clients with daily activities, including personal care, meals, and medication
- Offering emotional and physical support, promoting independence
- Helping with mobility and light housework duties
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Supporting clients with health and medical needs as required
- Keeping accurate records and liaising with healthcare professionals
Key Requirements:
- Must have the right to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
- Car Driver is essential for this role
- Experience in care, or a willingness to learn
- A caring, patient, and compassionate nature
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- All candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check
