Field Care Supervisor job vacancy Stockport, Greater Manchester
This role is ideal for candidates within commuting distance of Stockport and the M60. The service covers Didsbury, Withington, Gorton, Cheadle Hulme, Marple, Romiley, Bredbury, Reddish, and Hazel Grove.
Benefits:
- Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
- On-Call Allowance: £100 per weekend (1 in 3 weekends)
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Additional Pay: Any care calls are paid at the Senior Care Assistant hourly rate
The Role:
As a Field Care Supervisor / Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality care services are delivered to clients in their own homes. You will support the Registered Manager with the daily operations of the branch out in the field and be that bridge between the office and the community. Your main responsibility to focusing on quality, compliance, and staff supervision.
Your duties will include:
· Conducting client reviews and assessments to ensure personalised care plans are maintained.
· Providing training and support to Care Assistants, helping them develop their skills.
· Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
· Building strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies

· Ideally Level 3 in Health & Social Care
· Experience or the right competency to lead and supervise a team and be an inspirational leader.
