Duties
The role of Catering Assistant is to ensure that preparation of meals are prepared and delivered in a timely manner. Whilst also maintaining the cleanliness of the catering area are to the relevant standards. A strong understanding of Health & Safety, you will also ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy working together with the Cook in a professional environment.

Criteria

• Knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation.
• Awareness of special dietary requirements and allergens.
